Hello, and welcome to my personal blog! Today, I would like to talk about my CNC drawing machine. It's a project that I have been working on for quite some time now, and I am thrilled to share my journey with you.

To start, I must admit that this project was not an easy one. It took me six attempts to get it right, and I put in a lot of hard work and effort to make it happen. However, the end result was worth it. The uniqueness of this project is that it is based on the “KABAD SE JUGAD” concept where parts are used from old printers and circuit boards.

Firstly, I had to source for the parts I needed. I visited various electronic stores, junkyards and even friends and family members who had old printers. I was able to get most of the parts I needed, such as stepper motors, belts, and linear bearings. However, I had to purchase some other parts online.

Materials Required

  • Stepper motors
  • Linear Axes(old printers)
  • Breadboard wires
  • Arduino Nano
  • ULN2003 motor drivers
  • Servo(SG90)
  • Wood pieces
  • Hardware Tools

Once I had all the necessary components, I started assembling the machine. This was the most challenging part of the process. I had to ensure that the machine was correctly calibrated to ensure precision and accuracy. I made a few mistakes along the way. Finally, after numerous attempts and lots of tweaking, I got the machine to work correctly. I was able to create a CNC drawing machine that could draw designs and pictures.

Conclusion

In conclusion, It was a challenging project, but I learned a lot from it. I learned the importance of persistence, patience, and problem-solving.Thank you for taking the time to read my blog post, and I hope you found it informative and inspiring.
